Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Diro Films mobile app and website, operated by Mazdak. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Diro Films helps you discover films and directors, maintain favourites and watchlists, record ratings and optional reviews, track viewing/rewatch history, and manage personal lists. It provides film and streaming-provider information; it does not host or stream films. Website waitlist registration does not guarantee access or a launch date.

Account features use email/password authentication or Google Sign-In. Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Use Diro lawfully. Do not access others’ accounts without permission, interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious software, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights.

You are responsible for ratings, reviews, lists, and other submitted content, including having any permissions needed to submit it. Diro stores and processes content to provide tracking and synchronization. Keep your own copy of important information; unsynchronized device changes may not be available elsewhere.

Film/director metadata and images come from The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Metadata and streaming availability may change or contain errors. Availability varies by region, provider, and time. Check providers directly for current availability, access requirements, and prices. Third-party links and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

App configuration includes monthly, annual, and lifetime offerings. Actual availability, pricing, features, and purchase conditions depend on the offering presented. Review the app and store purchase screen before buying.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store under the offered purchase terms. The store purchase screen and your store account show billing periods, renewal information, and cancellation conditions.

A lifetime offering is a nonrecurring purchase rather than a monthly or annual subscription. Included access is described in the offering presented at purchase. The applicable app store handles payments; RevenueCat manages purchase/subscription entitlements.

In Diro Films, use Settings → Manage Subscriptions. You can also manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple subscriptions (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play subscriptions (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), using the store account used to purchase.

Refund requests follow applicable store rules and applicable law. See Apple refund guidance or Google Play refund guidance. A request does not guarantee approval.

Delete your account in Settings → Delete Account → confirm, or request deletion by email. See account deletion instructions and the Privacy Policy for scope and limits. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete the hosted account. Deletion does not automatically cancel store subscriptions. You can request deletion without first cancelling.

Features, third-party data, and service availability may change or experience interruptions. Changes to these terms will appear here with an updated revision date. Purchase conditions remain subject to applicable store terms and applicable law.
